A collection appointment is for fitting the frames once the glasses are ready.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so via the confirmation email you were sent upon booking. Contacting us via social media can often get missed, especially if sent during busy periods. The £15.00 deposit is non refundable, unless cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment.
