How It Works
Our process is structured yet relaxed, ensuring you feel confident and informed at every stage.
1. Questionnaire
Once you have booked your appointment, you will receive a Google form. This is a questionnaire regarding your style and how you like to present yourself to the world. This stage is optional, however it does assist Kerry to be prepared you’re your consultation.
2. Consultation
In your one-to-one consultation we aim to understand your preferences, lifestyle, and any challenges you’ve faced with previous eyewear. This is where we learn about you — your style, your daily routine, and what you want your glasses to say about you.
3. Face Shape & Colour Analysis
Using professional styling techniques, we assess your face shape, proportions, and colouring. This allows us to identify frame styles, materials, and colours that will enhance your natural features.
4. Curated Frame Selection
Based on your analysis, we present a carefully selected range of frames tailored specifically to you. Rather than overwhelming you with options, we refine the choice to those that genuinely suit you.
5. Guided Styling Session
You’ll try on a variety of frames with expert guidance. We’ll explain why certain styles work, helping you develop confidence in your choices. This is an interactive and collaborative process — your input is always central.
6. Final Selection & Lenses
Once you’ve found your perfect pair (or pairs), we ensure precise fitting for both comfort and aesthetics. Adjustments are made so your glasses feel as good as they look. Once they fit perfectly, your frame and facial measurements are taken using the Nikon Lenswear FP-Fit Pro – a digital software to ensure optimum accuracy for your chosen lens type. The lens discussion involves taking into account your hobbies, lifestyle and budget to ensure you have the ideal option for your visual needs. You may even discover products you didn’t even know existed!
